Ray Peterson is the senior partner of Ray Peterson & Associates, a California based accounting consulting firm.  He has held positions as Director of Financial Accounting for Pacific Bell and Division Manager of Accounting Standards for Bell Communications Research.

He also served as treasurer for a number of nonprofit organizations and for 12 years was an active member of the Institute of Management Accountants  Financial Accounting Standards Committee.  Currently serving a second term on the Sonoma County Board of Education.
